Not able to reach wef and win10 from local PC or other hosts

• Deploying via (VirtualBox/VMWare/AWS/Azure/ESXi): Vmware
• Vagrant Version (if applicable):

Please verify that you are building from an updated Master branch before filing an issue.

Description of the issue:Not able to reach wef and win10 from local PC or other hosts. From wef I can reach other hosts except win10. Same with Win10 also. Adapter is vmnet13. Same for all hosts and working fine.
