Github runners cli version

According to the README, GitHub CLI comes pre-installed in all GitHub-Hosted Runners. But I don't see anything mentioned about the version of the CLI used. Is it the latest version or a specific major version?

I believe it gets bumped every so often (on the order of every week or two) when they update their base images and at that point it pulls in the latest.

Yeah I checked that repo and found that Ubuntu 22.04 currently uses CLI v2.47.0
