Opening Issues about compilation

Hello,

Before opening any issue related to compilation or linking you must first try to compile the provided test and/or backend_test provided. (If you dont do that your issue could be not answered at all)

If there is any failure in compilation please provide information about your compiler, your system and the specific branch and commit you are using.

Also be sure to first read the readme.md. Specifically be sure to use git submodule update --init --recursive for keeping imgui in sync with cimgui.
