Hubble-ui hangs with large number of Flows / Second

We are adopting cilium/hubble where I work (Goodbye forever, weavenet) and everything is working great except getting the dependency map to render in hubble-ui. We have ~3k pods in the namespace, and around 400k flows/second. Using the hubble CLI, I'm able to get flow information from the relay with no issues, but with the UI, it fails after trying to render the map. It was requested in the slack channel that I open an issue for this.

I am having the same issue when trying to load NS with a large number of pods, UI just freezes and stops working, only UI pod rollout helps.
