Summary

Once its research purpose is served, remove the NaiveGenerationalEvolutionaryAlgorithm class, which was introduced for a very specific research purpose, and deprecated upon introduction in #629. That removal will not be a breaking change since the deprecation was well-documented at the time of introduction, and its far more efficient "replacement" has existed in the library for some time. The NaiveGenerationalEvolutionaryAlgorithm class should not be in use by anyone other than the research team.
