Hope to disable auto scroll during text streaming

Whenever I use chatgpt or Claude to generate long responses, the scrollbar always scrolls along with the reply. It looks like the whole screen is shaking, and it's making my eyes dizzy.

Could it be possible to implement a feature like an automatic 'up arrow' press to prevent it from scrolling, similar to 'google gemeni'? I would prefer to manually scroll down to read after it has generated a certain amount of text.

每次用chatgpt或者claude的时候, 生成长的回复过程中, scrollbar总是会随着回复而滚动. 看起来整个画面都在抖,我眼睛都花了.

可否像这类, 自动按一下‘上箭头‘, 让它不要跟着动, 就像’google gemeni‘一样.
我会在它生成了一定文字后手动滚动查看.
