Parallel load of libraries can be sluggish.

On large libraries ( ~100 million read pairs) in BAM format, parallel load is sluggish. I could not yet track the issue, and I do not know if it also affect other formats (single-end BAM, BED12, ...).

Parallel load was originally developed for loading shallow single-cell libraries in BED12 format.
