getting-started/installation.rst says

If you want to develop with Augur, use this command instead
$ make install-dev

install-dev isn't a target in the Makefile though. Rather make install prints out *****INSTALLING FOR DEVELOPMENT***** when it starts.

This should be removed. You are right.
