Dupplicate same course for same teacher #338

Hi,

As Admin, I can assign same course to same teacher in same session many times.
See attachment.
I'm using the new version for Laravel 8.

@Majidkadi It seems that I forgot to add checking for existing data before insertion. It would be great if you create a PR on this.
