Download the project from GitHub as a ZIP archive. Extract it into a folder. Then drop this folder to "chrome://extensions/". Make sure "Developer Mode" is active.

Thanks a lot. It works now. But the flash plugin create a new window out of chromium. Is there any way to play flash inside browser window?

Emulation is a CPU-intensive operation. That's the reason why the extension opens its own sandboxed window. If you need to load embedded SWF objects inside the page anyway, there is an option on the right-click of the toolbar button.
