希望提供自动生成命令创建微服务项目的模块 #122

目前我在创建新service的时候通过复制粘贴的形式创建，因为不熟悉项目结构有几率出bug。
希望能够提到类似nest g service XX的命令，用来自动创建一个名为XX的service模块。

nestjs是，如果你原本是一个标准项目，而你后面又想增加一个应用程序，首先会把你的标准项目变成monorepo结构，默认情况下会在根目录创建一个APPS（当然你也可以自己命名），然后把原来的标准项目和刚刚生成的项目统一放在apps里面
