What to do with a standalone package?

My goal is to create a "debug version" of carla that I can view UE_LOGs from (#4758), and I assume I have to build carla from scratch in order to do that, so I've done that (https://carla.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tuto_A_create_standalone/#export-a-package-using-docker) but now how do I actually use the standalone package to launch the carla server in a docker container? Can the same container I build the package in also run the executable?
