Can I change the Complete button height in the Task card?

Which task card is being used?

See the styling API which will allow you to inject a custom button height down the view hierarchy:
https://github.com/carekit-apple/CareKit#styling

Depending on which task card is being used, you'll want to inject a custom value for buttonHeight<X>.
