Add some kind of last modified date to the one click apps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I go to install an app and have problems, and the once digging in realize that the one-click app hasn't been touched in 5 years.
If I saw that upfront, it would immediately make me investigate it first, see if it is reliable before installing it all, and then having to delete it all and make a custom image or something.

If we can add some kind of date to the one-click install caprover files or it automatically grabs it from the file data and shows somewhere on the screens, that would be nice.

Go to the one click apps first and look when the file was last updated.
