For a good bug report you should probably include:
Before you submite a report do you have the most recent version in the config.lua

Client (production/canary) and FXServer version
What you expected to happen
What actually happens
Category of bug (eg. client, server, weapons, peds, native)
Reproducible steps, preferably with example script(s)
ESX or NON ESX
