Cliffy panics if the user attempts to respond to an Input({files: true}) beginning by typing ~/, before submission.

eg.

Please enter the path to your GCP Credentials JSON file: () › ~/No such file or directory (os error 2): readdir '~'

If reproducing this is a challenge I can contribute a demo repository.
