When the language is set to Markdown, some keywords such as TODO, NB and FIXME are highlighted. I disabled the default package language-todo. That disabled TODO highlighting in other languages but not in Markdown.

Atom version: 1.51.0 x64
Markdown-related packages:

  • language-markdown
  • markdown-writer
  • tool-bar
  • tool-bar-markdown-writer

Hi @Myvh,

Thanks for reporting this issue. This is indeed something that language-markdown does, which came forward from my own wishes for this. As I'm no longer an active user of Atom or this package, I doubt this will be looked into. You're welcome to submit a PR to see to this, but perhaps you could also negate the styling by using a custom stylesheet. Hope this helps
