need a proxy setting

Hi there!

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the developer of the logseq-plugin-gpt3-openai for creating such an excellent plugin. However, I would like to request a new feature that allows users to set up a proxy link for the plugin.

It would be great if we could have a setting page where we can input the proxy link using protocols such as SOCKS5. This way, all requests made by the plugin to OpenAI would be routed through the proxy link. This feature would be particularly useful for users who need to access OpenAI from regions where a proxy link is required.

Hello. The plugin will use the proxy configured in the LogSeq configuration. Just enter your SOCKS5 proxy there.
