There's a momentary white splash screen when you open Brave

Description

Opening brave in any way will cause a white flash for a moment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. When you open brave from the taskbar, a white splash screen will appear.
2. When you open brave from the desktop shortcut, a white splash screen will appear.
3. When creating a new tab in brave, a white splash screen will also appear.

Actual result:

Whenever I turn on brave, my room looks like this👇👇(recorded with mobile phone)

This really hurts everyone's eyes

Expected result:

Please fix it permanently.

I looked online and saw others complaining about this problem years ago. I like brave and hope this problem can be properly solved in 2024.

• This does not happen with Vivaldi or Firefox
• Chrome and Edge has exactly the same situation, 100% triggered

Some people say this is a Chromium problem, I don't know. This situation does not occur with the vivaldi browser, which is also built on Chromium.
