Contents in README is out of date, links broken #473

On the docs page, the anchor tags are missing, for example, this URL links to the top of the page, not to the Overview heading:
https://lancedikson.github.io/bowser/docs/#overview

Also, the contents contains a link to "Advanced Usage" which doesn't seem to exist in the README any more.

I'm not sure how the docs are put together so I haven't submitted a PR.

Thanks for bowser and all the work that goes into it, it's a great piece of code. ❤️
