Alt Down not detected with Streamdeck

When i do a combo keybind on my streamdeck the "alt" up is detected but not down, and same with "ctrl" but it's only detecting down and not up.
for information: Alt down is being detected when i press it from my keyboard.
it's not the streamdeck, because other lib like "pynput" detect "alt" down
