Describe the bug

When i'm using b-form-select component, and I try to select an option, it throws an error "el[assignKey] is not a function".

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. <main.js>
    import Vue from 'vue'
    import { BootstrapVue, IconsPlugin } from 'bootstrap-vue'
    Vue.use(BootstrapVue)
    Vue.use(IconsPlugin)

  2. <Form.vue>

  3. Run project and try to select an option in select field.

  4. See error.

Expected behavior

It was expected that the clicked option would be selected in the field, without any error being displayed.
