When i'm using b-form-select component, and I try to select an option, it throws an error "el[assignKey] is not a function".
<main.js> import Vue from 'vue' import { BootstrapVue, IconsPlugin } from 'bootstrap-vue' Vue.use(BootstrapVue) Vue.use(IconsPlugin)

Run project and try to select an option in select field.
See error.
It was expected that the clicked option would be selected in the field, without any error being displayed.

Steps to reproduce the bug
<main.js>

import { BootstrapVue, IconsPlugin } from 'bootstrap-vue'
Vue.use(BootstrapVue)

Run project and try to select an option in select field.
See error.
Expected behavior
