Describe the bug

We are unit testing our Vue components using jest and vue-test-utils. And we are getting hundreds of warnings:

    [BootstrapVue warn]: observeDom: Requires MutationObserver support.

Our test code is something like:

import { mount, createLocalVue } from "@vue/test-utils";
import BootstrapVue from "bootstrap-vue";

  this.observe = jest.fn();

Steps to reproduce the bug

code similar to above and run your tests.

Expected behavior

No scrolling through warning messages.

I did global.process.env.BOOTSTRAP_VUE_NO_WARN = true in my test setup file
