[Feature request] SDLXLIFF file translation Support

Hello Dev
SDLXLIFF file type is used by Trados Studio - CAT Tool
and preserve the formatting very well, Tables, image positions, etc
kindly add this file type to translate it using Ebook Translator Plugin,
and save it output as translated sdlxliff again
