BokehJS docs page has issues

Scrolling down to the "low level models" plot, the page suddenly "jumps back up" closer to the top, for no apparent reason.

Additionally, the "Try on Codepen" but opens up to an empty codepen.

It will be helpful if you can provide a screen recording of scrolling, I cannot replicate this. Can u please share your OS model and screen resolution as well?
Yes, the Codepen is empty, looking into it.
