I vote for a dialog with multiple options:

  1. start recording
  2. start recording everytime the vehicle arms
  3. "NO, go away"
  4. "NO, go away and never show your face around these lands again"
    Then we probably need it in the settings as well for those to hide it forever and then change their minds.
