We need to add support so abstruse can be configured that gpu availability comes into play for model training purposes.

worker detection for nvidia runtime
display that worker has GPU support on the UI
repository settings should include gpu and timeout option
repository should include options so you can limit resources for gpu, memory, ...
update scheduler to wait for gpu enabled worker in case of gpu enabled repo
prepare sample repo
