Road Map - Inline fields multiline lists and texts

Dataview has an issue open for over a year.

I understand from the Roadmap that the author prefers metadata in the frontmatter.

Does the author consider adding this feature to datacore or I should better work on my PR and bring this functionality to Dataview?

Let the man write the plugin and then you can make FRs if you want.
As far as I understand it, will the frontmatter and inline system be changed and we have to wait to see how exactly it will work then.
Now blindly adding stuff doesn't help anyone, but if you want to have that functionality, then you can add it to your dataview if you know how to do so without breaking everything.
Dataview is a really big plugin that other plugins are build upon and any changes to functions or how the metadata syntax works could break the vault of hundreds of thousands of people, so don't expect that it will be added to the main branch even if you make a good change.
That said, I'm just helping people on discord to learn the plugin so I can't know how blacksmithgu will decide.
