可否增加人脸识别功能，选择符合条件的视频照片留下，不符合的删掉 #54

图片和视频量太大，不敢彻底删，但是有些图片人像图片不舍得删，可否增加人脸识别功能，这样可以根据人物来删除图片或者保留图片
