I was trying every trick to install to my windows machine and didn't work. Is it possible to bundle this permanently to chrome with some manual methods. I was thinking to try to bundle it to a portable version of chrome is it possible?

I confirm that dirac CLI tool does not work properly under Windows. I didn't want to spend time fixing all remaining issues (PRs welcome).

But previous method of installing Dirac into Chrome Canary as extension should still work:
