上传大文件时卡住

投稿命令：

采用的是多p投稿，两个文件均超过3G，上传进程卡住几个小时没反应

最近一段时间都这样。可能是b站服务在调试升级。现在已经不会卡主了

遇到了一模一样的情况，并且最近三个文件分别为0.786G, 2.29G, 1.26G, bda2路线，反而是0.786G和1.26G的刷这个报错，并且投稿成功后，显示转码失败，本地可以播放。2.29G的一次不报错，并且投稿成功，B站可以播放。
biliup-rs版本0.1.17 musl linux amd64
之前0.1.15没这个问题，打算换回去试试。
