Cart is having odd issues on Apple tablet with Parent/Child #2381

Expected behavior

All items will exist as distinct line items and can be managed separately.

Actual behavior

There have been issues with products becoming children of other products and causing odd behavior in the cart (I assume).

Steps to reproduce behavior

when removing the first product as a result the second and third-line products are getting removed
Device Name 1) Tablet iPad Safari browser
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch the website.
  2. Select the products and add the products to the cart.
  3. Click on minicart and click on View bag.
    Actual Behavior: when removing the first product as a result the second and third-line products are getting removed
    Expected Behavior: It should remove the respective product Refer : https://screenpal.com/watch/c0iIiaVgHJQ

when increasing the 1st line product quantity. As a result, the 2nd line product quantity amount is increased.
Steps to reproduce :
1.Launch the site https://coldwater-international-llc-sandbox2.mybigcommerce.com/
2.Add more than 1 product to cart
3.Navigate to Cart page
4.Enter the quantity number required for 1 line product
5.Observe the 2line product amount is increased.
Expected Result : when increasing the 1st line product quantity. As a result, the 1nd line product amount should be increased.
Actual Result : when increasing the 1st line product quantity. As a result, the 2nd line product quantity amount is increased.

hi @lougrab , I see you have BC store, can you please contact customer support regarding this issue, as it may be not related to Cornerstone?

Thanks, we opened up a ticket with them too (06957705). Our tech liaison said we should open a support ticket in both locations.
