We should add proper benchmark to compare the performance with other parser implementation.

The same guy who spearheaded bgpscanner also did micro bgp suite, basically as a replacement (at least to my understanding). I found some errors with bgpscanner when it differed from bgpdump that he confirmed and also fixed in micro bgp suite. The last change was many years ago, and given that isolario doesn't even have a website anymore that I can find, I don't think they support this tool (bgpscanner) anymore (I'm not sure the organization even exists).
