504 time-out error is displayed as HTML format

Description
We are not sure of exactly what causes the time-out but further investigation is needed for the time being we need to control the error in a more friendly way.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run a bst test

Expected behavior
The system encounters a 504 time-out error and shows the message "504 Timeout error. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected]"

Actual behavior
The system displays the error in HTML format

Timeouts come from virtual device itself. I have encountered the same behavior when using postman sometimes.

In any case, this should force an exception on the virtual device sdk or skill testing. The same way it happens for internal errors.

@jperata please check if this is something to fix there or in virtual device itself. When done, it will probably fix this one too: https://github.com/bespoken/monitor/issues/108
