Real ip on rest api server

in rest api server the ip is always the server ip so is always 127.0.0.1
you need put i think this ->

rest(host('/api')).axios(
        axios.create({
          headers: {
            Cookie: req.get('cookie') || '',
            authorization: req.header('authorization') || '',
            'x-real-ip': ip,
            'x-forwarded-for': ip
          }
        })

if not put 'x-real-ip': ip, 'x-forwarded-for': ip how the api when the request its rest know the ip ?
