Enable hubploy to tell r2d to use different base images #111

jupyterhub/repo2docker#909 enables repo2docker to use different base images. It'd be nice to be able to pass this along to hubploy so that we can use different base images for different datahub deployments.

It seems logical to seed the base image configuration in the deployment hubploy.yaml and then pass that to the r2d object within hubploy.
