The comparison list for blendshapes in other specifications to unified lists BrowInnerUp as one of the blend shapes, found here: https://docs.vrcft.io/docs/tutorial-avatars/tutorial-avatars-extras/compatibility/overview

The list of blend shapes all unified blend shapes does not have it, found here: https://docs.vrcft.io/docs/tutorial-avatars/tutorial-avatars-extras/unified-blendshapes

So either BrowInnerUp is missing from the main list, or the comparison list is listing a shape that doesn't actually exist
