document how to self-host using docker(-compose)

It would be great if there was a document describing how to self-host gitnoter using docker. All I could find are the heroku docs, but I would like to avoid using yet another 3rd party service. One can probably piece things together from the heroku docs, yet it would be nice to have a document how to self-host w/o heroku.
