Remember the local port previously used for specific connect target and suggest it on the subsequent connect.

Users will have DB connections saved locally so it's important to use same port.

Right now, you can use a set of predefined commands to connect to your targets quickly:

basti connect --rds-instance <instance-id> --local-port <port>

However, the feature is valid and will be added soon!
