The described icons are not visible, no description available how to activate them.

Did you try to force a refresh? Chrome on Windows is STRG + F5

I restarted and tried many times on Raspberry and Windows

those icons only show up when their corresponding state is active such as when windows are open etc. otherwise it'd be hidden.
