Refresh rate doesn't appear in Power Control Menu nor in-game overlay #175

OS: Win10 22H2 and Win11 23H2
Tools Version: 0.6.22

All dependencies are installed (VC++, RTSS, ViGEmBus)
None of SWICD, GlosSI, HidHide is installed.

Reinstall Steam Deck Tools don't solve the problem.
