Could you please check the FAQ: Why did I get an error when I entered my phone number section? Some kinds of number format is not supported in Studio Lab. |
Sometimes phone carriers have phone numbers categorized as "Other". You can call them to confirm this have them categorized it properly as "mobile" or perhaps try a different mobile number? |
