Is there a way to convert object and keep the property that has null value

The Question

I write a func to send a request to an API and use jsii-pacmak to generate python and golang

getSomething (symbol: string, options: any = { limit: 500 }) {
    const res = this.publicRequest(
      "GET",
      "/example",

        symbol: symbol.toUpperCase(),
      })
    );

    return JSON.parse(res.body);
  }

 // API's response body is a Buffer object  <Buffer  ...>

and the response is like:

as above the property that has null value disappeared, is there a way to show these properties.
