Issues building from Macbook with Apple Silicon #266

Deployment of Services fails while running the build and deployment from Macbook running M1 processors.
The failure is on the ECS tasks.

Error is something like
exec /usr/bin/java: exec format error
exec ./app: exec format error
exec /usr/bin/dotnet: exec format error

The images are getting built for ARM but deployed in amd64.
Need to pass --platform linux/amd64 parameter for all docker builds
