NDT Mapping in Autoware Universe

I am unable to find the ndt_mapping functionality that was available in Autoware.ai within Autoware.universe. Does ndt_mapping exist somewhere in Autoware.universe, or has it been removed?

I would appreciate it if someone could provide information regarding this.

@YujiroKanamori Hello. Unfortunately, ndt_mapping has been removed.
Please use MapIV Engine or similar to create maps instead.
