🐛 CD would not rip, as it was not typed as CD. Can rip manually, but will never start automatically. #952

My CD seems like every other CD, but it does not get ripped. Nothing occurs when inserting it 🤷 going through the help here https://github.com/automatic-ripping-machine/automatic-ripping-machine/wiki/FAQ made no difference (in fact, I could not even run sudo I simply got "sh: 0: Can't open sudo" 😅). Manually running arm_wrapper.sh gave the following output:

In the end I fixed it by manually running abcde -c /etc/arm/config/abcde.conf inside the docker container and it all scanned first time with no issue, and was placed in the right folder. All my tracks are there, all work, and are tagged and named properly 🎉

No idea why it's "not a CD" yet it can be scanned perfectly fine by abcde 🤷 if there's any more info I can give about my particular CD that may help, let me know what to do/run.

  1. Put in a "bad" CD? 🤷
  2. Nothing happens!

Expected behavior?

It should scan the CD. Or at least give a UI prompt "This disk is not recognised as a CD/DVD. What should occur?" with an option to just bloody run it through abcde/makemkv anyways!

This is something that will be included with the new profile option when it gets added to v3
