ALT-n binding seems not to be working in iterm2

I would really love to use the feature introduced in #79, but I am not able to get it work in iterm2... I tried all of iterm2's configuration options I could think of being related, but no luck.

Anybody having experienced similar issues?

Ok, sound reasonable. I do think it's a cool feature - even I am not (yet) able to use it 🙈

I actually found the solution: after investigating with showkey I realised that pressing ALT-<digit> did not send any keycode/input down the line.

So I checked and found this setting, binding these keys to iterm's pane switching (which, as working in tmux, I do not use/need):

And then one needs this setting for the (Left) Option Key:
