Bigger filter mode when current one is empty - Arrow up

Hey, I like to use session for the arrow up keybinding.
However, it would also be cool, when there are no commands yet, to show commands from the next bigger filter mode, until there are commands (in this case directory).
I think this would combine really well with workspaces, too :)
