TypeError: Failed to fetch

This may not help with actually finding the issue but i get this just sitting in exchange view on ubuntu 16.04. I was not doing anything at the time of the error.

The error is very generic because of a bug in Marketmaker: KomodoPlatform/komodo-defi-framework#492 (comment) When that is fixed, we'll be able to present better errors.
