Daily rebuilds triggers restarts via watchtower, even if unnecessary #403

From the docs:

Daily builds
Images are automatically built daily to get the newest version of OpenSSH provided by the package managers.

Is it possible to trigger the rebuild only if OpenSSH is updated?

When using services like watchtower, it will trigger a daily repull/restart of the container even if it's not needed.
